DC was started in 1993 by Ken Block and Damon Way as a sequel to Droors Clothing in California, with its roots deep in the skateboarding culture. The different streetwear aesthetics, the unique quality but also the traditionally very strong team established it as one of the best companies in the field of skateboarding, snowboarding and the always fresh lifestyle in shoes, clothes and accessories.
