Α) E-GIFT CARD PURCHASE
You can purchase a Feel Madness e-Gift Card by following the simple steps below:
a) Select one of the available Gift Card styles.
b) Choose the amount of the Gift Card you like.
c) State your detail information as well as the recipient’s.Pay attention to the correct completion of the recipient's e-mail address.
d) Select the delivery date of your gift card.

e) You can fill in your own message or wish for the recipient.
The recipient will receive her/his e-Gift Card via email on the date you have selected.


By submitting your details and proceeding to check out, you will have the options either to pay online via debit/credit card or via deposit to one of the following bank accounts :

B)USE OF ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD

You can use your e-Gift Card on any product you wish, even on discounted products through our e-shop feelmadness.gr. The e-Gift Card can be used for more than one order, as long as there is available balance. If your purchase amount of your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the extra amount can be paid through one of the available payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Bank Deposit, Debit/Credit Card, Paypal). The Gift Card can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue. For purchases using a Gift Card, you have the option to change the product. Under no circumstances can the value of the Gift Card be redeemed for cash and its amount will not be refunded.

C) GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD
It is not possible to issue an Invoice either for the purchase or for the use of the Gift Card. In case you have placed an order using a Gift Card and wish to cancel it, please contact us at +30 26410 31193.
