www.feelmadness.gr is the e-shop for the online display and supply of products and services of the Greek company Feel Madness, which is seated at 37-39 Papastratou str, Agrinio. Before you enter our online shop and browse our webpage, please refer to the following terms and conditions, which specifically apply to the use of the e-shop of Feel Madness found at www.feelmadness.gr. Make sure you agree with the following terms and conditions, because further use and navigation of the said webpage www.feelmadness.gr implies your express and unreserved consent to them.

1.Terms

Feel Madness maintains the right to unilaterally amend or renew these terms and conditions for transactions performed through its e-shop according to its needs and honest practices. Feel Madness assumes the obligation to notify users of any amendments, as well as any changes through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms shall not regard orders already made.

2.Supplied information & Products

Feel Madness is bound to make complete and valid information available on its webpage www.feelmadness.gr with respect to essential characteristics described for every available product as required and also bound to provide accurate data on the services provided by the SPF S.A. e-shop subject to any technical or typing errors having escaped its attention or accidentally arisen or due to the suspended operation of the webpage or force majeure.

Feel Madness cannot provide any guarantees about product availability, but it guarantees end consumers will be notified in time of non-availability. Feel Madness is solely liable for fraud and gross negligence in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information or services provided through its website. The e-shop of SPF S.A. shall not be liable for any technical problems which may be experienced by users when attempting to access the website and during their access related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Moreover, Feel Madness shall not be held liable for third-party acts or omissions and, particularly, unauthorized third-party interventions to products and/or services and/or information available online.

www.feelmadness.gr is the official website of Feel Madness. All webpage contents posted by Feel Madness including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services and products provided are the intellectual property of Feel Madness protected under current Greek and EU legislation and international contracts. It is strictly prohibited to copy, analogically/digitally record and reproduce, distribute, transfer, download, process, resale, produce resulting work or mislead the public about the actual provider of website contents. Any reproduction, republication, download, announcement, propagation or dissemination or any other use of contents in any way or medium for trade or other purposes shall be allowed only following a prior written consent by Feel Madness or any other legal beneficiary of such copyright. Names, images, logos and trademarks representing Feel Madness and/or its e-shop and/or third parties contracted with them, as well as their products or services, are exclusive signs and trademarks of Feel Madness and/or www.feelmadness.gr and/or these third parties and subject to the Greek, EU and international legislation on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. To make you search easier, we have divided our products in main categories. Every category has relevant filters helping you to narrow your search easily and quickly. Feel Madness shall make all possible efforts to provide high-quality services. However, cases of errors may not be excluded for prices and secondary product characteristics and it cannot be ensured that there will be no suspended webpage operation or “human” errors when updating/entering product prices. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, we urge you, if you find that a product is available at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, to contact the Sales Department at +30 26410 44214 or through the contact form available online before your proceed to an order. Once your order is registered, you shall receive an automated e-mail stating your order details. You can view the progress of your order through the e-shop under “Account management”. In general, and in case where there are any pending issues with respect to your order, you will be sent a relevant e-mail. Alternatively, we shall contact you at the telephone numbers provided upon your registration or when you entered your order on our site. You are asked to make sure these e-mails reach us and to maintain them throughout our transaction. In case where you do not receive the relevant e-mails, you are obliged to notify us without delay under the general terms governing our transactions.

10.Withdrawal/ Product Return – Replacement

You have the right to return products purchased and request their replacement.

a) In all cases where Feel Madness was proven to be liable for delivery of products other or essentially different than those ordered

You have the right to return the products purchased and request their replacement with another product or products up to the amount paid or with additional money if you wish so within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product You have the right to return the products purchases and request for repayment of the price paid a) in all cases of product defect b) within 14 days from product delivery. Feel Madness shall be held liable for compensation in case of defect only if that has arisen due to its liability, in which case it shall not be held liable for negligence. Moreover, in all cases, the product to be replaced should be necessarily accompanied with the original sales receipt. For all these cases, the products to be replaced should be in the condition as received by the client, complete and damage-free and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and it should be in excellent condition together with all accompanying documents (e.g. Shipping Notice, Sales Receipt etc.). Before any return it is recommended to communicate with Feel Madness. In any case, return and replacement are possible under the following conditions:

I. Contact Feel Madness on the same day or the following business day to state your intention. In case where the product is changed within 30 days with another product(s) up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal within 14 days under Article 5(10) of Law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. The product is accompanied by all required documents demonstrating the transaction (e.g. Shipping Notice, Sales Receipt etc.).
II .Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled in the following cases: Before the order is complete, during the online order placement, you may remove product quantities from your basket by pressing the delete button. If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been invoiced/sent, you may call +30 26410 44214 and we shall undertake the cancellation of your order. In case where your order has already been invoiced, but you have not yet received it and you wish it is cancelled, immediately contact us at +30 26410 44214 and give your order details. We shall immediately inform you about all your options. Once part of the order is received and you do not want the remaining order to be sent, call us at +30 26410 44214 or contact us through the online contact form and explain the reason why you wish the remaining order to be cancelled. * Free shipping is not valid for shipments outside Greece. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping area.

11.Payment methods

A) Cash on delivery

Repay your order by giving cash to the courier employee or Feel Madness employee upon delivery at your space. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment is concluded.If there has been a systematic refusal of receipt in previous orders, it will automatically not be possible to execute an order via cash on delivery.
* For shipments outside Greece this payment method is invalid.

B) Credit card

The feelmadness.gr e-shop cooperates with Piraeus Bank for credit card payment services. Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. Feel Madness shall never become aware of your card or account information. To pay the order, you shall be redirected to the dedicated Piraeus Bank webpage without any contact in any case with data and details of your credit card. This information shall be transferred by you using encrypted connection to Piraeus Bank through the bank’s safe transaction systems.

In case where you choose to pay using a credit card, you must be present to receive your order and have your credit card and ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be corporate and it should state the name of the recipient. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded

C) PayPal

The www.feelmadness.gr e-shop is cooperating with PayPal.

PayPal payment is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. Feel Madness shall never become aware of your account information. To pay your order, you shall be redirected to the PayPal webpage without any contact in any case with data and details of your account. In case where you choose to pay using PayPal, you must be present to receive your order and have your ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded.

12.Product Order/ Delivery/ Shipping Costs Order Completion and Payment Once you enter your order, the following message is displayed: “Thank you, your order has been successfully placed under Οrder No xxxxxxx. Please check your e-mail. You have been sent an e-mail including your order details.” Delivery dates and times:

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 17:00 pm for Agrinio. For the remaining Greece, the delivery hours of each courier company shall apply. Receipt of products from our store: You can receive your order from our store while the usual operating hours and after you have received relevant confirmation e-mail or phone call from us.
