Store pick up: The next working day, free. Courier service Standard delivery: 1-3 working days, Credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash on delivery with shipping fee 4.90€.

Courier service Standard delivery: Estimated delivery 1-10 working days (Delivery time depends on destination), TBD.

Returns and Exchanges

If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) or an exchange within 14 days from the date you bought it. Items must, however, be in a resalable condition, just like you received it, and with their tags and barcodes on. Returns will be accepted after Feel Madness' inspection. All products should be returned with the sales receipt inside the box. If the item you have bought is faulty or damaged please contact www.feelmadness.gr immediatly. We’d kindly inform you that www.feelmadness.gr has no obligation on exchanging damaged from use products. However, every case of faulty or damaged from use items will be examined seperately.
Το exchange a product please place another order with the new product you’d like to buy, adding a note informing us that the order concerns a product exchange with order number “X”, where “X” the unique number of your initial order. Alternatively, you can fill the Return form that is included to the package of your order. In case the value of your new order is lower, we’ll refund you the difference (see refund policy), otherwise you’ll be charged for the price difference plus the shipping fee of your new order which is 4.90€.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the product, money refunds will be completed within 40 days. For any purchases regardless of the payment method you have used, the full amount of the product(s) value minus the shipping cost 4.90€ will be refunded to your bank account.
